Responsibilities and Duties will be to provide outstanding customer service by helping to organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
This would involve different aspects throughout the day.
*Greeting customer warmly in person or on the phone.
*Guiding the customer with their project from start to finish.
*Entering order info and job specifications into system.
*Prepare precise and accurate quotes to customer
*Must be able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
*Must have positive upbeat attitude with customer as well as other team players.
*Must be computer literate.
*Knowledge of pricing system very helpful.
*MUST be experienced in the printing industry in a similar operation.
